If for any reason you are not satisfied with your product, we offer a hassle-free return policy. You can return your product to us within 14 days from the date of purchase.

To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team at support@blivvy.com with your order number and reason for return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be sent back to our warehouse with a tracking number, in its original condition, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Additionally, please include the receipt or proof of purchase.

Returns sent to an intermediary shipping facility are ineligible for a refund; only returns to one of our warehouses are accepted.

Please be aware that customers are responsible for covering return shipping costs, and shipping fees are non-refundable.

Once we receive your returned product, we will inspect it to ensure that it meets our return policy criteria.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. Please note that it may take several business days for the refund to appear in your account.

If you received a defective or damaged product, please contact us immediately. We can always send you a replacement free of charge!

Please note that we cannot accept returns on custom or personalized orders, as these items are made to your specifications.  As well as bulk orders and gift cards.
